This is a bug that's been looked at right now. For now,
if you wish to delete that file, simply quit out of the
program then the file should be unlocked and ripe for
deletion.

Well... it isn't that much harder to delete the folder
in windows explorer.. ;) Whether it'll be made into a
feature or not is gonna be up to the development team :)
