Here's hoping someone out there can help.  I download a given site, but
unfortunately all of the text (except for that in images and some links) is in
Russian rather than in English.  On the site, there is an option to view the
site in English Chinese or Russian.  Rolling over those options I notice that
all files appear to end with a "lang=ru"

What gives?  How do I resolve this?
