Agreed, this is amateur and completely annoying. When I was on Linux I could
remove these comments from the "Options" tab. I happen to be on windows now
and I've run this 5 times removing each time and it STILL places a header
there, albeit in a somewhat minimised state:

HTTrack...HOW do you remove this?
