Just launch the index.html generated on the mirrors 
directory - eg. C:\My Websites\index.html and select 
the proper project
or
Directly launch C:\My Websites\yourproject\index.html 
page

Remark: You do not need WInHTTrack/HTTrack to be 
installed to view mirrored websites, and you do not 
need to keep the projects where they are: you can move 
a complete project to a CDR for archiving and then 
browse directly on this CDR from any machine, any OS, 
any browser
