WinHttrack does not have a stop and resume. It only has a Pause/resume and a
Cancel/continue.

On the initial download you can cancel and latter continue since the cache
matches what's on disk.

Durning an update. If you cancel, anything not yet updated is gone from the
cache (and gone from disk unless don't delete is checked.) On continue it will
again have to download the remainder.

If you Pause you then Resume right where it left off. You can not close
httrack.

Don't shutdown. Pause httrack and hibernate.
