When I use HTTrack, I mark "Store ALL files in cache". Is there any way to
recreate the folder structure using only the hts-cache folder? "Continue
interrupted download" works when the folder structure still exists, in that it
does not redownload anything, but if I delete the folder structure, it
recatches everything, and even if I check "Do not re-download locally erased
files" it still redownloads the missing files, even if hts-log.txt claims that
it ignored the missing file.

So, is there a procedure for recreating the folders and files using the cache
and the same settings and without downloading?
