When i put the base URL in (i.e. <http://foo.org> or <http://foo.org/>*) i do not
get much, but when i put a URL like <http://foo.org/bar.php?bla=1> i get a lot
more of the website.  

So i'm confused, i browsed the FAQ, i browsed this forum, what i want is the
whole website foo.org downloaded, but it is not happening.

I have had it start doing it sometimes, but when i stop it to add more filters
it deletes everything and starts over, and then only downloading a small
amount of the whole website.

I have no robot.txt rules set to try and not have a truncated website, does it
changes my options everytime i run??
