Boy, am I on fire today :)

The '%H' option worked when used in conjunction 
with 'f'. Its just that 'f' is listed as a default in 
the user doco (httrack --help). Moreover, if 'f' was 
stopping hts-ioinfo.txt being written, then why was 
hts-log.txt being written?
