I don't know but I think you would have trouble running it from a read-only
device.  If you want it to be portable, you would probably be better off
running it from a USB drive.

Otherwise, you can download httrack-noinst-3.43-7.zip from here:

Unzip that and copy the HTTrack folder to your device.  From that path you can
either run WinHTTrack.exe or learn how to run the command line httrack.exe. 
Obviously you will need a R/W medium (HDD, USB, etc.) to download the mirror
to.

There is no "autorun" and that would be beyond the scope of this forum, I
believe...
