Last question first- to Bill's point, if you have ftp access or frontpage or
whatever, downloading that way is clearly favorable.
Short answer to Bill's point, if all you have is html and image files (for
example), then you can copy it with HTT. If you have Win7, get WinHTTrack
3.43-7.
How you take it from the local mirror to your web editing program depends on
your web editing program...
