I'm using httrack command line and I get pages in my localcopy which has links
that point to my website. 
Ex.
www.example.se/skola if I click in this link I don't want to go to web and get
the real content at the moment. I would like to receive an error page or
something like that.

That command would be ?httrack www.example.se -o -X /tmp/www.example.se?
