yet processed at the time of the cancel is lost from the cache. If this is a
new mirror, no problem, there isn't anything else in the cache. The next run
will have action=continue.
But if this is an update, then all unprocessed files are deleted and must be
redownloaded.
Don't cancel updates, pause and resume.

Why not?Alternatively, let it continue indefinitely, set the flow to one KB/s
