The few links on the page are external sites, so you don't want them.

The left menu are all in the form:
onClick="window.location='/hustinx/ctree.do?cid=011'"
That is a form and Httrack does not click on forms and the links do not have
any hrefs.

What these designers don't understand they won't get traffic since search
engines can't spider their site either. The outline menu is nice for humans
but robots need a sitemap.
