What was your starting URL?  This page?

It it was that page, then by default I don't think HTTrack will go "higher"
than it's starting directory.  If you started in "phf" then it can't go back
up to "walter.fendt" then down into "jarph".

Try adding scan rules of:
  +*/jarph/*.class   +*/jarph/*.jar
