Unfortunately this is related to the recent Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 change,
which breaks pre-Windows 2000 compatibility (especially MFC, but also MSVCRT)

The only solution is to use an older release of httrack ; I will try to setup
a compatible build and add a "Windows 95 version" tab in the near future.
