I was downloading a website and came across a file which was being repeatedly
downloaded. Even when I skipped it, it started downloading again. It is a
picture. I read in the troubleshooting guide that you can set a recurse level,
but I do not know how to do that.

Please be explicit, as I am nit familiar with the program.
