Anything not yet downloaded as been lost out of the cache and will have to be
redownloaded. If this was the initial download (not an update) there was
nothing in the cache.

Depends on the size of the site. Some blogs contains the same information on
multiple pages (page1=abcdef, page2=bcdef, page3=cdef, etc) Thus making an
exceeding large mirror if you don't filter.
