Thank you for clarification.  So, if I choose not to redownload locally erased
files, and select HTTrack's "update existing" option to resume the run instead
of using 'interrupted', HTTrack won't download any of the previously
downloaded files again (erased or not, changed or not) but will download
filenames it has not downloaded in my previous executions for this project? 
Do I understand that correctly?

Hmmm... ok... I will set up a small test and see if this pans out.
