After mirroring a website on win7, I started looking through the folders and
deleting files/folders I didn't need. However, when I try to delete/access
certain folders, I get a pop up saying Access is Denied. I can't view the
security properties of such folders, and also can't take ownership of them. I
find this very odd since I am an administrator and HTTrack wrote the files
while running on this same account.

Does HTTrack lock files/folders that are required by other pages to display
properly?
Any help or thoughts are appreciated :)
