The type of site is irreverent. You can not get CGI, PHP, or any other server
side code from a web server. Only the html output and related files.

Some links like <http://www.cgsc.edu/carl/contentdm/MilRev.htm> go to a page
with only a form. Httrack does not click on forms. Those dead end.

Other links go to
<http://cgsc.cdmhost.com/cdm4/results.php?&CISORESTMP>...

You won't get those since HTT doesn't go off site by default. Add filter
