Whatever the number of connections I request in WinHtTrack at startup, I always
get a maximum of four.
If change the setting during a download, I get the real number I requested,
whether this is higher or lower than the initial number.

This may be some security limitation, but in that case: why is the limit not
observed when changing the setting during a download?
