Hi William,

I've tried 3 different machines, using 3 different internet connections, and
with 4 different browsers (IE7, IE8, Firefox 3.6.8 & Chrome). I can navigate
them to <http://www.fwo.gov.au/Pages/default.aspx> and see the page there - and
can navigate the site.

I was able to download the site using a tool called "Website Downloader for
Windows", but I don't think this captures the site in the ISO 28500 standard
format (WARC) that I need.
