If I launch the program like this from Windows Command:

C:\Program Files\WinHTTrack>WinHTTrack.exe  --disable-security-limits

And i Change the Max tranfer rate to 999999 B/s
The Transfer rate is still limited to 100 KiB/s..

Can someone tell me how to increase this rate?
