| I tried it but I'm not sure if it worked correctly. The browser just displayed
the general message of couldn't connect to the website, check connections.
But the URL did appear where it should in HTTrack. See, the browser didn't
display that HTTrack captured the URL. The capture window remained open and I
entered in the username and password for authentication then I clicked OK. I
then finalized it, just to test it out, and it couldn't mirror the site.
First, I connect to the portal using a name and password. Then, there is a
link I click on which opens up a child window to a different domain. In this
child window, the code contains a form (hidden) and an iframe, which displays
a hidden window that sends data back to the child window and submits the form.
Once the form submits, the page is loaded properly. It this this page I want
to download.
The problem is I simply cannot copy/paste the page into a new tab; the website
stops me and tells me I must log in through the portal and click the link.
So, I thought maybe i can inject some javascript code to trick it into
thinking the portal was launched. I downloaded greasemonkey for google chrome
(which is what i've been using to view the sites) and I think I can make it
work.
My question is is there a way to inject javascript code into HTTrack,
similarly to greasemonkey? This would be invaluable.
Thank you. | |
