That's why you should NOT use filters that way. Use the near flag (get
non-html files related) Use filters if you only want specific types, not all.

Did you look at the log file:

robots.txt rules, links begining with these path will be forbidden:
/administrator/, /cache/, /components/, /images/, /includes/, /installation/,
/language/, /libraries/, /media/, /modules/, /plugins/, /templates/, /tmp/,
/xmlrpc/ (see in the options to disable this)
