Is there a man page on the possible values that can go into the
/etc/httrack.conf and this file's format? I have not been able to find it... 

I am in Ubuntu, installed webhttracker via apt-get, and the /etc/httrack.conf
file does not exist. I would like to raise the default throughput limit.
