After pulling a website down for browsing offline, I am unable to view the
site.  I am not sure how to actually view it.  When I try clicking on the
index.html site that I downloaded, I get the following message:

"the archive is either in unknown format or damaged"

Also, the 'mirror' option in the menu is greyed out.  How do I view the site I
downloaded?
