Here's a question. I tried my settings with one of the /transfer/ folders. And
it seemed to work. One issue I wonder about is that the
site.toplevel.org/a/auser/transfer has about 4,000 users in 26 sub folders
below the root (i.e. /a/, /b/, /c/, etc.). When the small one completed, I
wonder if the creation of these subfolders is queued or waits until after the
initial site.toplevel.org/(a-z)/(userIDs)/transfer is finished?
Any ideas? So, short question, should it make the new lower-level folder
immediately after determining it should, or can it possibly wait for some
reason?
