YOUR REPLY- I believe it defaults to 4. Increasing connections up to 10 can
decrease the
apparent turnaround time (request a file - download starts.) It won't have
much affect on bandwidth in general.
connections, connections/second can be modified while the mirror is in
progress.

HTTrack?

YOUR REPLY - Default is 100,000. Once that many links
is reached the program stops. Increasing it increases memory useage somewhat.
MY NEW QUESTION - Are you saying that 100,000 links is hard coded into 'max
number of links'?
