Its because into the link, this part:
"name=xxxxxxx&nolic=yyyyyyyy&varFFG=zzzzzzz" is not realistic.
The x, y & z correspond to name, password and FFG key which are
confidentials.
With the good values instead of the x, y & z, it works.
In my opinion, problem could be into the parameters here: +*.css

The files i grabbed before, with that command, where only html.
