Hello,
I found this bug while using v3.16 and still found in 
v3.20. One of the files being downloaded form a site 
contained a commented link similar to the following:
<!-- saved from url=(0055)
<http://www.abc.com/def/xyz/xyz.htm> -->

HTTrack could not detect that this link is actually 
commented and should be ignored. What happened is that it 
tried to download it and it's buffer suspeneds at this URL 
and never finishes although the info inside it says the 
downloading is complete. The URL itself does not point to 
anything.

Hoping to see this bug fixed in later version.
