Ach, I now understand what is the problem: you CAN NOT add options safely with
-%S, which sole purpose is to provide a list of URLs or a list of scan rules.

The only thing you may do is, in the log path, to create an "httrackrc" file,
with:
footer=the footer

This should do the trick.
