HTT just writes files. If you can't use them that's not a HTT problem. It's a
problem on your machine. HTT can't control what you do with the files, there
is no background service(s), it's just a program that you closed once the
mirror was completed.

A timeout error is either 1) the files are on a file server and you have
permission and or network problems. Or 2) they're on your disk which is
FAILING. Back up your data quickly.
