I would like to build an asp.net/C# application that allows the user to enter
any public website URL in order to copy that particular website locally.

Undoubtedly, HTTrack is the BEST, However, my requirement is that the copier
must be a web app. 

So, Is there any API, DLL or way that allows me to re-use HTTrack ?
