Subject: Incomplete files, no errors?

I just downloaded some game maps, but found out that many of the files that
arrived were actually incomplete. The problem is, that how can this happen, as
HTTRack did not give any errors?
However on next scan I selected the "upload" option and at least 20 files out
of 500 were incomplete, almost 5%. This time HTTRack did recognize that the
files were of illegal size, and redownload went smoothly.

But how can this happen, as I did not receive any errors on the first run? I
did not interrupt or pause the download, and the retries was set to 99. Many
of the files were grossly incomplete, like 200k out of 12mb.

Unfortunately as often is in these cases I do not have the log files anymore,
because I had to rescan the same site 4 times due to issues explained in my
"nested scan rules" posting.
