Dear all,
I noticed that when updating a web site, files already downloaded in previous
updates are downloaded again.

I noticed that the files are exactly again, BUT, there is exactly a difference
of ONE HOUR in the creation time of the old and the new file.

I have the suspiction that it is purely produced by because of the "saving
time" process twice a year which moves the clocks one hour back and forth.

It should not be difficult to avoid those re-downloads for tose same files
only differing in an exact hour.

Any solution so far?Thanks
