Subject: Safe to delete garbage *.tmp files?

A while ago I complained about the .tmp files being in excess... however later
on I realized that httrack downloads all the files, and renames them to have a
.tmp extension if it doesn't match the provided filters (for e.g. it gave the
jpg images a .tmp extension if it's size is less than 30 KB (as I specified in
the filter criteria).

So I was wondering if it's safe to delete the *.tmp files, will httrack
download these again after deleting (thus increasing time to mirror); I never
update, only --continue (on the terminals).
