double all percent signs (e.g. -qir0%%e0C2%%Ps2...)

all urls containing &<>()@^| must either be quoted
<http://www.jobrapido.de/?w=sap&l=&r=auto> or each character must be
individually quoted <http://www.jobrapido.de/?w=sap^&l=^&r=auto>
