I did a crawl (using webhttrack under Linux) and did not enable the option to
build the "word database".  How can I build it without re-crawling everything? 
The crawl took several days and I can't do it again, and I'd rather not write
a program to generate the index myself.

I tried launching webhttrack again and selecting "Update existing download"
but it starts downloading everything again.
