I am trying to capture data a password protected web site.  I have followed the
instructions at

It indicates it captured the form based password info successfully.  However
when I try and download the website I get an error 

The log error is:
Error:  "Not Found" (404) at link ..."

I have tried several variations but can't figure out what to do.  Any
suggestions would be appreciated.
