Hi, can you guys kindly help me out? I'm fairly new at this and I'm trying to
figure this out.

I got my stuff downloaded already but when I clicked the 'index' icon to
browse it:

1) The layout is WAY different from how it is online. The background is
missing, no icons, its plain text. Do you know how to make the background
appear, logos, icons when it's offline?
2) When I click on most links, it tells me that I cant access it because I
need the internet. But I thought I can view these offline?
What am I doing wrong?
