Looks like this question has been asked a lot; but none of the solutions seem
to work.  At least for me.

The site comes down fine.  But any files referenced in the CSS are not (e.g.
the images). 

Version:
HTTrack version 3.43-9+libhtsjava.so.2

My command:
httrack <http://www.foo.com> -K0 -w --robots=0 -c1 -%e0 -n -r1 -%P

No errors in its-log.txt

Is there a way to force httrack to parse the css?  I must be missing something
obvious.
