it worked partially.

as it turned out, i had to add %% like you said, but
i still have got two problems:
1) it continues to download the whole site and doesn't stop.
2) i can't save the file in the directory want.

* i did run the .bat file with the line from doit.log and those problems still
remained so i include the other .bat file:
