I tried to turn it on, but it did not do what was necessary. Pictures are not
downloaded.

What does the "Link scanned: 360/22000"? Why more is downloaded, the slower it
runs. I set the speed limit to 450 000 KB, the number of connections per
second, 10 and 8 connections - first download speed has increased, but very
quickly it stops helping.
