Consider compiling website to a single .exe file - authors can produce web
applications, publications, EBooks etc

The .exe file can then be protected for Digital Rights Management - Software
Passport etc. Distribution. Marketing

Hopefully most code already exists.  Market needs good free Windows web
compiler.
