Hi, I am crawling the site <http://tuoitre.vn>, but I cannot craw the links
which contains the character ” (this is it: ”, it's not the double quote,
although it looks like the double quote :-) ).

   Here is the error I've got in the log file:
14:25:01	Error: 	"Bad Request" (400) at link
tuoitre.vn/The-gioi/468126/“Merkozy”-hop-ban-giai-cuu-chau-Au.html (from
tuoitre.vn/The-gioi/Index.html)

   What should I do to overcome this? I've been searching around but cannot
find a way out. Sorry if this is a noob question, I am new to httrack :-)
