I have managed to mirror a site that needs authentication thanks to the advice
given...

if a site that needs a login has hidden pages, for example, vip pages that
cannot be viewed by the login used, would these be captured too, or would
another filter be needed, or would it not even be possible unless the higher
ranked login was used?
