I am experiencing the same problem with a different website.  I have disabled
IPv6 so it's not that (the proxy address it tells me to use in my browser is
my local IPv4 address).

However, I never get to see the "Link captured into HTTrack Website Copier"
page and the "hts-post0" file it creates is empty.

Does anybody know how to make "Capture URL" work?
