Hum - the PrinterFriendly thing seem to indicate that the 
link isn't the first one - are you sure this isn't another

The naming only alters the case sensitivity of files, and 
sometimes the name (~ is replaced by _, for example ; and 
in case of collision such as index.html AND INDEX.HTML, two 
files will be generated with different names)

Could you send me the bogus URL? By the way, is this just a 
naming problem, or the link is also broken when browsing on 
the local site?
