I mean I have encountered a site that would download 1 file at a time, or a
'service unavailable' occurs.
It is designed against leeching.
Assuming HTTrack would make a list of 10 html's and 20 jpg's to download from
that site, it couldn't be possible unless it downloads one jpg file at a time,
parallel requests wouldn't work at all.
